Features: With the two most popular native Cretan red varieties, Liatiko dominates and Kotsifali completes it, the result can’t be other than pleasant, aromatic and enjoyable, capable of bringing out every beautiful moment and joy of the day, no matter how early it may be!

Two Cretan indigenous, fruit driven, black grape varieties, Liatiko and Kotsifali give us a rose wine full of red fruits with strawberry and red cherries at the forefront. Deep rose colour very typical for the rose’ wines of Crete, dense and crispy. A gastronomic rose which ‘smells summer time’.

Harmonious pairing with:

  • Traditional stuffed vegetables with rice and herbs
  • Pasta with prawns and mussels in a seafood bisque
  • Cretan ‘Dakos’ rusk with fresh grated tomato, virgin olive oil, soft sheep cheese ‘mizithra’ and fresh oregano
